Misunderstanding 2, the compressor is replaced with a bigger one, which is better

 

 

The repair requirements of the freezer are stricter than those of the air conditioner, and the matching between the compressor and the system must be reasonable. Under the condition that the amount of condenser, evaporator, capillary, and freon added is certain, the compressor will be replaced if it is larger. The service life will never be very long. Similarly, if the compressor is changed to a small size, the cooling effect will be poor, and the evaporator will not frost to the end.

 

 

 

Misunderstanding 3. Any kind of liquid ejected by the compressor is moisture

 

 

The compressor oil will rush out with the eruption. At this time, some people will think that it is water, but this is not something. How to distinguish between oil and water? Use the welding torch to burn it, if there is a sound of chi chi, it must contain water in the oil, and be alert to the occurrence of ice blockage.

 

 

Misunderstanding 4, aluminum tube welding will never last

 

 

Why do some people say that aluminum pipes cannot be welded? Since aluminum electrodes are very expensive, I would never want to buy aluminum electrodes. Refrigeration maintenance is all about welding technology. It is no problem if the heat is in place. For beginners, the heat is not enough, and they often worry about burning through the copper pipes. In conclusion, the welding joints are like goose bumps, especially in the welding joints of air conditioner compressors. This phenomenon can be seen in the above, these pipes often have thick walls and need a lot of fire!

 

 

 

Misunderstanding 5. Fluorine never refuels

 

 

Many people have been engaged in refrigeration maintenance for several years without oiling or changing the compressor! Change the compressor again until the compressor dies. Oil is worth more than freon, but oil is cheaper than compressor! After the refrigeration equipment leaks from the system, the compressor oil will be sprayed out. After repairing the system leak, add the compressor or change the oil appropriately. If you turn on the compressor and cover the high-pressure nozzle with your hands, there is dry air or dry black dust, which means that the compressor is out of oil. If the compressor has a little oil, he will turn it, and when there is no oil, the stuck cylinder can't be repaired!

 

Misunderstanding 6, often adding fluoride

 

 

Refrigerant is a thing that not only never evaporates, but also never consumes. Many maintenance workers add fluoride when they see that the refrigeration equipment is never refrigerated. This is not desirable. The problem should be identified first and repaired again.

 

 

Misunderstanding 7. The copper tube of the freezer coil is better than the iron tube

 

 

Copper pipes are used on refrigeration equipment and are indeed corrosion-resistant. The pipe wall is thick enough, and the pipes will be fine for a lifetime. However, after many tests, the frosting of the refrigerator coil iron pipes is more obvious than that of the coil copper pipes. This problem is the copper pipe. The heat dissipation performance is good, and it is used on the evaporator, that is, the heat preservation is not good, so the frosting of the copper pipe does not seem to be iron management!
